Victoria, BC is filled with these fantastic little eateries all over town — one of my favourites being Part and Parcel in the Quadra Village. Food here is inspired, yet not over the top. Tuna, beets, quinoa, rice, rutabaga, eggs and an assortment of delicious fresh ingredients make for a health conscious meal which I'm always thankful for on the road.
While I have eaten here with kids and the whole family I tend to enjoy my time here alone. The bright space makes for good thinking over a nice meal. I like how there's no farm to table bullshit either. They do say their menu is handcrafted, which I can deal with. If this place is trendy they come by it honestly.
Stop in for lunch or an early dinner.
