Years ago I went to the legendary Montreal eatery La Banquise for the first time on the suggestion of a local colleague. What ensued has been a life's work in gravy and cheese oriented potato achievement.
Each visit since I have returned to La Banquise to cross one more of the 25 poutine off the list. Here is how it has shaken out.
